We are a team of organisation development practitioners working to support social change organisations.  We assist them to clarify their vision, strengthen their purpose, enliven their practice and build effective, human organisation able to unlock the drive, cooperation and creativity of their staff and members.

Each of us has been practicing for more than thirty years, working with Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), Governments and Universities in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

We are based in Cape Town, working locally, regionally and globally.

A New Service:
Bringing Depth and Vitality to Monitoring and Evaluation in Social Change Practice
Cultivating Continuous Improvement through
Reflective Writing and Learning Dialogues

Picture
We offer a consultancy service, with a particular approach, that supports social change organisations or partnerships to put learning into the DNA of both their practice and their monitoring and evaluation processes or systems.

In essence this involves developing specific skills in writing reflective, engaging in learning dialogues and developing a disciplined and regular “learning rhythm” based on deep reflection on experiences and progress of their work. The aim is to develop more  thoughtful and effective social change practices that really produce results, while providing a real understanding of their developing impact to share with stakeholders.
